Founder & Principal, JxJ Services LLC

Jill spent 30 years inside some of the most demanding advertising and marketing production environments in the country — sourcing vendors, managing complex multi-vendor production projects, controlling budgets, and delivering on time for major national brands. She knows what it takes to coordinate multiple partners under pressure and get it across the finish line.

In 2026, she founded JxJ Services LLC to bring that same production discipline to government contracting. The title changed. The skillset didn’t.

As a certified Women-Owned Small Business based in Inglewood, CA, JxJ Services LLC is built on three decades of knowing how to find the right people, manage the process, and deliver — so government agencies get a prime contractor they can count on, and local businesses get access to work they couldn’t reach on their own.
